Our manufacturing facilities are on standby, and will go into operation as soon as our campaign is over - successfully, inshaAllah!

FULFILLMENT: 

Much of our hard work and time has gone into making sure we have a strong supply chain ready to ship all orders! Going from prototyping, testing, and then into full production mode can be quite challenging. The same goes for managing overseas suppliers, manufacturers, and maintaining product quality at the same time. 

However, there are things that we can’t control: Sometimes there are issues with customs offices in certain countries, supplier/courier delays, lost shipments, and so on, just like with any other shipment or product. That said, you’ll be glad to know that we’re doing everything we can to make sure your order gets to you in a timely manner.
