On September 5th, 17-year-old Zaid Khader was in a severe car accident. He was rushed to the hospital and underwent surgery. Alhumdulilah he survived but suffers from injuries throughout his body including broken bones and internal bleeding. He is currently bedridden, wears a cast, lost functionality of his dominant hand, and relies on his single mom for help. 

Zaid is a recent graduate of UAF high school and a current freshman at the University of South Florida. Due to the severity of the accident, his car was totaled. This along with multiple injuries prevents him from completing his studies. Additionally, he worked to help his single mom and siblings. 

Please help support Zaid with recovery costs and ease the financial burden that has befallen his family. It is expected to take at least six months for him to fully heal.
