This campaign aims to support up to 200 refugee families in Brazil with rent, food and personal hygiene care for three months as ways to alleviate the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

In times of crises, we must unite our efforts in solidarity and care for the most vulnerable. The vast majority of refugees in Brazil live from pay-cheque to pay-cheque, in shared rented apartments and without a supporting network who could shelter them in case of eviction. The COVID-19 pandemic is accentuating humanitarian crises throughout the world, placing refugees and migrants on the edge of food insecurity and homelessness. 

In the light of this pandemic, the organisation Hospitality Circles stands in solidarity with refugees and migrants and calls you to do the same. With your help and generosity, we can mitigate the crisis, feed people and avoid evictions.

How can you help?

With 7,500 euros, we can help 6 refugee families for three months with rent, food and personal hygiene care and more 200 refugee families with food and personal hygiene care.

2,000 euros for rent, food and personal hygiene care for 6 refugee families

Month 3 | August

2,000 euros for rent, food and personal hygiene care for 6 refugee families

250 euros for food and personal hygiene care for 35 refugee families

As we practice social distancing, stock food and supplies, work from home and enjoy Netflix marathons, let’s be aware of the most vulnerable amongst us. About Hospitality Circles

Hospitality Circles is a Brazil-based non-profit organisation operating mainly in South Brazil. Since late 2015, the organisation develops educational, cultural and social projects aiming to facilitate the integration process of refugees and vulnerable migrants to host societies. 

Beyond being a non-profit organisation, the organisation is a movement for humanised practices and humanised integration of refugees and migrants. Círculos de Hospitalidade builds spaces and opportunities for learning, income generation, enterprise development, and professional and creative growth of beneficiaries.
