Assalaamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon you). This exciting project seeks to produce a channel and a media organization that is dedicated to providing entertaining Halal Islamic Films and movies that aim to entertain Muslims all around the world.

We see the world making films and movies on a massive scale, some of these films and movies actually depict Islam and Muslims in a very negative way. The press scrambles to release news related to "Islamic terrorists". Our religion is being openly interpreted as violent and barbaric and the honor and the dignity of the Muslim ummah is being washed down the drain because of a couple individuals, and we, what can we do, we are powerless. Then the haram which we allow to enter our homes through obscene movies and tv shows which are created by the Non-Muslims, our youth, and our children are surrounded by media which teaches them that drinking is okay and sex is a norm in society, they are slowly being inculcated and cultured into a non-Muslim environment and it's not only the kids the adults too have become prey to this overpowering force, watching movies with singing and vulgar dancing, all of this has become so normal we don't even realise the problem.

After seeing all this we had enough, there had to be something to change all this. We as youth have grown up in a technologically advanced world where media and movies and tv shows are controlling our lives, and that's when it struck us !!! The only way to tackle this problem is to create media of our own, so Islamic Pearls was started. We started learning filmmaking and we started to take courses on media and cinematography and slowly we started to raise funds within our community and we were able to buy a camera and some basic equipment to start making short films.

Our films will comprise of real life Islamic stories and morals such as ''The loss of Imaan'' or ''The importance of Fajr'',  they will also address important topics such as Islam and terrorism and those of similar nature. The beauty of short films is that they pack so much useful information that is instructional and informative, but at the same time they captivate Muslims of all ages into their rich and realistic storylines. 

We have already produced two short films with our current equipment which you can view right now on our youtube channel "ISLAMIC PEARLS". The quality of our films is increasing by every film and with better equipment and your generous funding we can become the largest Islamic entertainment source for Muslims all over the world . To make sure our films are according to Quran and sunnah we have teamed up with our renowned brother Sheikh Umar Dogar  to check and review all films before they get published online. As our films will be checked and reviewed before publishing there will be nothing against Islamic Shariah and the Quran and Sunnah. Just to be clear we never use musical instruments but rather we hire nasheed artists to produce inspiring vocals for our films.

We all love to sit down and watch a good movie, the problem is there are rarely any that have a good Islamic plot. Inshallah in the future we plan to make full-length Islamic feature films, these films will address very important topics which cannot be explained within the constrained time period in short films. As always our films will entertain while they educate. To produce feature films we must raise at least $25,000 as the task is significantly larger. Below is an image explaining our goals.....
