The Uyghur Muslims of China are arguably the most oppressed Muslims in the world. They are oppressed solely because of their Islam!

Fearing persecution, many Uyghur families, women, single mothers and children have fled to Turkey. Although they find safety of religion in Turkey, their economic situation in this strange land is below the poverty line.

With rising unemployment rates, the poor and refugees have become more and more destitute.

This is why, TDR Network (registered charity no: GA3075) in association with Charity Right UK (registered charity no: 1163944) aims to feed over 1000 refugee children for an entire year.

The regular meals will not only free children from hunger, but they also give them the chance to focus on their education, and developing other areas of their lives. Charity Right supports the parents by providing them with education and training to help rebuild their lives again.

The school meals contain key nutritious ingredients like rice, flour, lentils, kidney beans, sugar, oil and dates.

Your donations will transform into school meals for 1000 refugee children for an entire year, and you will receive a updates of their progress, Insha'Allah!

“And they are those who give food – in spite of their own need, to the needy, and the orphan, and the captive, [saying in their hearts], 'We only feed you for the sake of Allah, and we desire nothing in return from you, not even a word of thanks.'’’ [76:8-9]

Allah, The Lord of the Worlds, identifies the people of belief to be the ones that give, ‘in spite of their own need’, and this is an important point for us to consider.
