The Muslim Students’ Association at York University (YorkU MSA) has long been dedicated to serving Muslim students at York and across Ontario, fostering community, faith, and support both on and off campus. Beyond student life, the MSA actively responds to global humanitarian crises. Last year alone, with the support of students and community members, we raised over $50,000 for vital relief initiatives, including Gaza Hot Meals, Gaza Water, GazaRamadan Packages, Gaza Aid, Sudan Crisis Relief, Syria Aid, and many more projects.

The crisis in Gaza is far from over. People in Gaza are facing catastrophic hunger (Phase 5 Malnutrition), and the entire population is experiencing acute food insecurity.Human Appeal is live on the ground, sourcing from their internal stock inside of Gaza, bringing hope to those in need. 

With ongoing bombardments and destruction, families are facing even more unimaginable challenges— widespread hunger, critical injuries, disease outbreaks, and mass displacement.
