In the Kanem region of Chad, over 1,000 people — mostly women and children — walk miles every single day under the burning sun just to collect dirty, unsafe water. Families suffer and diseases are common. Girls miss school. Mothers are exhausted. Life is harder than it should be.
We can change that — permanently — with one solar-powered water tower.

Our Proven Track Record in Chad

Water4Chad has completed 8 fully funded LaunchGood campaigns (100%+ each!), bringing clean water to thousands in remote northern Chad.

In the Kanem region—home to arid villages like Kourtchou Chouloum—our solar-powered boreholes have changed lives of 600 people: women and girls no longer trek miles for unsafe water, waterborne diseases have dropped sharply, children attend school more regularly, and families gain reliable access for drinking, hygiene, and livestock.

Your support today will deliver the same proven solution to 1,000 people (200 households) in one Kanem village. We've done it before—together, we can do it again. InshaAllah !

This campaign goal !
With your help, Water For Chad will build a 10.000-litre (10 m³) elevated water tank fed by a solar-powered pump and deep borehole. This single system will deliver clean, safe water to approximately 200 households (around 1,000 people) every day, for years, at almost zero running cost.
We’ve done it before on Launchgood— 8 successful campaigns, 100%+ funded every time, thousands already served.

What your donation builds :
A Deep borehole with submersible solar pump (60m to 70m)
10 m³ elevated tank with 4 community taps
Solar panels  (works even on cloudy days)
Full community training so the village owns and maintains the system forever

100% of your donation goes to the project. Every dollar is tracked and reported with photos and videos.
This Ramadan (or any day) give the gift that keeps giving: water that flows.

Thank you for your continous trust.

Peace
