• Destroyed Homes: 27,000 homes destroyed, and over 31,000 more damaged by relentless floods.
• Health Hazards: In Kassala, floods have damaged 190 tents, leaving 950 displaced people without shelter. In Northern and River Nile states, scorpion and snake infestations are adding to the dangers, with a severe shortage of venom serum.
• Widespread Destruction: Vital infrastructure, including schools and health facilities, has been devastated, leaving the most vulnerable without essential services.

How SAPA is Responding: SAPA, the largest network of Sudanese healthcare professionals, is on the ground, working to deliver life-saving aid to those most affected by the floods. We are providing emergency relief, shelter, medical supplies, and food to thousands of displaced families. Our mobile clinics and food distribution teams are already deployed. But the scale of this disaster requires urgent and sustained support.

Emergency Medical Kit:

Essential items like bandages, antiseptic wipes, sterile gauze pads, and basic medications such as pain relievers, antibiotics, antimalarial drugs, anti-fungal creams, anti-diarrheal meds, oral rehydration salts and more. It also contains wound care supplies, including sterile saline and burn ointment, along with critical tools like thermometers, masks, and hand sanitizer to ensure proper infection control. Emergency Food Kit:

Provide staple foods like rice, beans, and canned vegetables, along with high-energy options such as dates, nuts, and dried fruits. Additionally, the kit includes bottled water and infant formula to address the urgent nutritional needs of families. This kit is for $80.
