SUPPORT

Our Story

Located in Camden, New Jersey, The Quba School and Islamic Center is a hub of Traditional Sacred Islamic Knowledge for our community. Founded in 1985 by Black Muslim community leaders, the Masjid continues to serve as a full-time house of worship, Dawah center, community-safe space, and a place to aid those in need in the City of Camden.

Quba School continues to provide vital services to those in need. Unfortunately, the community itself is struggling to stay afloat.

The Project

At this time, the three main priorities of our Ramadan 1445:Purpose and Plan Drive:

1. Install a completely, new HVAC system
2. Continue to make the structural building repairs and renovations to comply with the required building codes.
3. Replenish supplies for community dawah projects(New Shahada kits, books, pamphlets)
4. Begin Phase 1 of the installation of a Janazah Washing Station.

Our target goal for the month of Ramadan is $60,000!

Although this is a steep financial goal, it is what is needed to make the necessary changes to allow our community to thrive while keeping members and visitors safe.
