MIST is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers a comprehensive program of competitions and workshops that not only serve to enrich the lives of our youth but also to foster unity and understanding among diverse communities.

Our focus is on developing leadership, communication, and creative skills in high school students, all while deepening their knowledge and understanding of Islam.

Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive and competitive environment beyond MIST weekend that allows youth to reach new potentials while encouraging academic and spiritual growth. Our 2026 tournament will take place in April insha Allah, and we would love all the support we can get!

Your donations will go towards:

• Fulfilling Financial Aid Requests to allow all students to compete no matter their financial status
• Securing a venue for the tournament
• Funding speaker costs, competition materials, decor, etc.
• Hiring security for the tournament

To host MIST Philly 2026 this April 4-5, we face a $40,000 hurdle. This covers:

The Venue: A professional stage worthy of their talent.

The Experts: Judges and speakers who mentor the next generation.

The Access: Ensuring no student is turned away because they can't afford the registration fee.

The tournament will be organized by the MIST Philly team with the support of organizers, mentors, and community partners. Our team will oversee all logistics to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated event insha Allah.

Funds raised through this campaign will be used gradually throughout the preparation process leading up to the tournament to secure venue, resources, and aid for all participants.

This campaign aims to support the annual MIST Philly Tournament  which is an event designed to empower youth through competition, creativity, and community engagement. The primary beneficiaries are high school students who participate in MIST to grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

Your support helps us make the tournament more accessible, inclusive, and impactful for all competitors, regardless of their financial background. Every contribution goes toward creating an enriching experience that inspires young Muslims to become confident leaders in their communities.
