Holborn Mosque has long served as a spiritual sanctuary for local residents, professionals, and students alike from 1996. However, we have reached a critical turning point: we have outgrown our current facilities. Every week, our brothers and sisters find themselves praying in overcrowded conditions or, far too often, unable to find space at all.

We are launching a transformative 3-floor expansion to create a world-class, 800+ capacity facility. This is more than just a renovation; it is the birth of a sustainable, eco-friendly hub designed to anchor our community for generations.

More Than Just a Prayer Space

Our vision extends beyond the prayer mat. We are building a vibrant community ecosystem with a dedicated focus on:

• Empowering Our Youth: Modern facilities providing a safe, inspiring space for the next generation to connect, learn, and lead.
• Dedicated Women’s Facilities: Bespoke spaces designed for sisters to engage in worship, education, and community networking.
• More Community Projects: A landmark institution that fosters brotherhood and builds on what we already offer. An innovative hub for all members of the community.

The Project Breakdown

To secure the site and complete both phases, our total goal is £4.6 Million. We have established clear, transparent milestones to bring this vision to life:

Your Legacy: Sadaqah Jariyah

Holborn is one of the busiest areas in Central London . By contributing, you are providing a place of worship for the thousands of people who work in and visit London’s city centre.

"Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise." — Sahih Muslim

Every prayer offered, every letter of the Quran recited, and every soul that finds peace within these walls will be a reward that continues to reach you in the Akhirah.
