“Read in the name of your Lord who created, created man from a clinging substance. Read, and your Lord is the Most Generous, Who taught by the pen.” — Surah Al-‘Alaq (96:1–4)
Education was the first command in the Qur’an. It is more than a right, it is a divine trust. Yet today, it is being denied to millions of our children across the globe.
Over 250 million children are out of school.
These are not just statistics, this is the Ummah’s future being left behind.
“Whoever relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, Allah will relieve their hardship on the Day of Judgement.” — Sahih Muslim

The Week Of Change is more than a campaign, it is a movement.
A powerful, month-long initiative that will be the largest volunteer-led campaign in the UK for 2025, with 20,000 participants and over 600 institutions uniting with one purpose,
To uplift the Ummah through long-term, sustainable change by investing in the most powerful tool we have, education.
“Indeed, the believers are but brothers.” — Surah Al-Hujurat (49:10)
This is not just about raising funds,
It is about raising hope, dignity, and opportunity, one child, one classroom, one future at a time.

Most of the institutions driving this movement are educational themselves, a reminder of the blessing we enjoy while others pray simply to learn the alphabet.

With every donation, you are not just giving a child a school pack filled with backpacks, stationery, and notebooks.
You are giving them a future, a chance, a lifeline.
You are telling them, "I see your potential. You deserve the chance to learn. You are not forgotten."
“The best gift a father can provide for their child is an education.” — Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Tirmidhi)

Education breaks the cycle of poverty.
It equips our youth with the tools to build brighter futures, stronger communities, and a more just world.
This campaign is dawah in action, youth-driven, community-anchoured, and legacy-focused.

To empower the global Muslim Ummah through education.
To unite communities in a national movement to break barriers to learning.
To uphold education as a right, not a privilege, for every child, everywhere.

“Whoever walks a path in search of knowledge, Allah will make the path to Paradise easy for them.” — Sahih Muslim
Let us not be the generation that stood by while the Ummah’s children were forgotten, Let us be the generation that stood united and made education a reality for those who need it most.
Because when you educate a child, you do not just change their life, you change the world.
Inspire Change, Save Your Ummah.
The Week Of Change is here. With 20,000 participants and 600 institutions, this will be the largest volunteer-led campaign in the UK for 2025.
