In Northern Syria, hundreds of thousands of families face an unimaginable choice: hunger or heartbreaking sacrifices. The lack of basic necessities, especially food, has led some to the extreme measures of selling vital organs or facing sexual exploitation, all in a desperate bid to feed their children. This is not just a crisis; it's a cry for humanity. What would happen if we do not help them?
