Calling the World Back to Allah

Destination Dawah is all about people coming from every corner of the world to witness, first-hand, the impact iERA is making on the ground.

During a 7 day trip, each day is packed full of eye-openers, emotional highs and experienced that leave each person changed forever. 

Below is a video diary, 1 video per day, that showcases the magic of Destination Dawah's December 2025 trip.

Day 1: Seeking an Ever-Lasting Sadaqah Jariyah

While each of us came from different walks of life, our intention was the same: to seek a lasting Sadaqah Jariyah and serve Allah (swt) and support the du’at working with the new muslim communities. We were reminded that a single Shahadah carries rewards beyond a lifetime and through Destination Dawah, we could be part of that legacy.
 

Day 2: Meeting New Muslim Chiefs and Witnessing Community Dawah in Action

The magic of Destination Dawah isn't just what we do—it's what we witness. And today, our hearts witnessed a transformation.

The morning began with a profound privilege: sitting face-to-face with new Muslim village chiefs. As they shared the weight and wonder of leading their tribes to and through Islam, our entire cohort felt the immense reality of this work. This was more than a story; it was witnessing a moment of profound change.

We gathered for Community Dawah, an iERA technique that teaches hundreds at once. As the mics were tapped and tested, the air crackled with anticipation. After powerful talks about the Creator, purpose of life and the message given by all the prophets from Adam (AS) to Moses (AS) to Jesus (AS) and after many discussions, the call to embrace Islam was made.

Over 90 people bore witness to the truth and took their shahada in a single, breathtaking moment, together as one.

Day 3 - Building a Grass Masjid and a Water Well for New Muslims 

After the soaring emotions of yesterday, Day 3 brought a powerful rhythm of reflection and tangible action. Today, we didn't just witness change, we built it with our own hands.

We travelled to a small village where Islam had recently taken root. Following heartfelt talks and personal conversations, more villagers embraced Islam, their bright smiles illuminating the morning.

But this community had no place to pray. No where to come together, be and pray together as a community. 

So, we picked up shovels and trowels. From the local earth and straw, and an afternoon of hard graft and sweat. Their masjid where they salaah is finally united as one community in time for Jumu'ah.

Day 4 - Door-to-Door Dawah with Local Teams

After three days of sun, the skies opened on Day 4. And with it the blessings of Allah came. 

Equipped with rain jackets, brimming with hope, we stepped off the bus, and after a bit of hands-on training and inspirational talks, we set out village to village, door to door. Through our group co-ordinator’s translation, empathy, and shared smiles, we engaged with locals, inviting them to the light of Islam.

Day 5 & 6 - Relaxing, Reflection & Witnessing the Power of Da'wah

After 5 days of a busy agenda, Day 6 was a day of relaxing, reflection and thought with a Safari trip. Day 7 began with another community dawah event at different village. This time, much bigger and with a more powerful outcome. 
 

Day 7 - Sharing the Impact of Dawah With Eachother & Their Community

Before our cohorts fly back to their home countries, they met in the morning to share with eachother the impact Destination Dawah has had on themselves, their relationship to Islam and what transformation they are taking back home with.
 

iERA (Islamic Education and Research Academy), is a Dawah Organisation that is compassionately CALLING THE WORLD BACK TO ALLAH. 

The Facts:

• Based across 6 continents and in nealy 40 countries
• 700 Full time Du’aat  and more than 1000 volunteers dedicated to the Dawah. 
• Last year 64,686 took their Shahaada with iERA
• Last month 13,000 people took Shahaada with us. 
• This year, over 203,000 took Shahaada with iERA
• Our 2030 vision is to deliver on 1 Million people taking Shahaada globally
   

Why Support: They can't do this alone.Here are some reasons why we need to support them: 

1. This was the mission of every Prophet that ever lived, from Adam (AS), Nuh (AS), Ibrahim (AS), Musa (AS), Esa (AS) to our beloved Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). So let me ask you a question:

• Would you support the Prophet pbuh when he was stoned in taif for calling them to Allah?
• Would you support him when Uqba strangled him for not stopping the call to Islam ?
• Would you support him when he was kicked out of Mecca for refusing to stop calling to Allah?

If the answer is yes, than know that even though the Prophet is gone, even though there are no more Sahaba, then know that the Mission of the Prophet is still alive. The mission that he sacrificed everything for is still here. And you are the bearers of this legacy.

2. Did the Prophet encourage us to build masajid? Support the widow? Take care of orphans? Build wells? Yes he did and there is a great reward. 

1. But we would argue that all of these were not his primary focus. He was not sent for this. These actions make us better.
2. But what defines us is - The primary call of the Messenger and ALL THE ANBIYA which was to call the world back to Allah.
3. You are here today because others sacrificed a lot to bring Islam to your ancestors.

Hiring Outreach Specialists: Your support will enable us to recruit passionate individuals who are committed to sharing Islam with others.

Developing Duat: We will invest in the training and development of these specialists, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively communicate the message of Islam.

Providing Tools for Outreach: With your help, we'll ensure that our Duat have access to the resources and tools needed to conduct successful outreach campaigns.

Sponsoring Villages: Your donations will directly impact the communities we reach. On average, our outreach efforts result in 20 Shahadahs (declarations of faith) per month per village.

Cost Breakdown:

• £30 - Can provide 10 Qurans: Print, store and distribute globally.
• £50 - Can support a New Muslim: Attending our new Muslim Programmes and provided with food as they learn.
• £150 - Can contribute towards funding a Daee for 1 month. On average they achieve 20 Shahaadas per month.
• £300 - Can help us deliver 300 Qurans
• £500  - Support one of major campaigns giving Dawah to the masses.
