Providing A Bridge For Your Brother Or Sister

Your donation covers the cost of an entire counseling session for someone in need. Those in need of complete assistance tend to be sisters who are recently divorced, young people without any family support, young people who provide for their families, and people with serious emotional disturbances who are referred to us by local masaajid.

Support For An Entire Family

Often times entire families will reach out to us needing mental health support. This means up to 4 to 6 people will be looking for counseling, which is quite expensive. Because of this some families do not reach out at all, or family members who need help sacrifice themselves to allow someone else to participate in counseling. Your donation at this level allows us to supplement the money that most of these families pay.

In this instance you would be covering the entire cost of counseling for your sister or brother. This is an incredible help!! A donation like this is applicable in situations when someone has recently gotten a new job, young people whose parents hit some financial constraints, or people suddenly in need of emergency treatment

This level of giving means you will have made it possible for someone to attend counseling for three months. This person receives counseling without financial worry for nearly half of the average amount of time our clients spend in counseling. Please consider your brother or sister in these circumstances who might have had to suddenly leave home and is struggling to find better work and a place to stay. Access to counseling in these circumstances means the world to them.

Relieving Your Brother or Sister Entirely

Here, you have relieved your sister or brother from six months of the cost of counseling. In other instances you might have helped two people receive three months of counseling, removing a tremendous emotional burden from them. Not only what worries them weighs them down, but the thought of having to do it alone adds to that pain.
