Celebrate Sayidah Fāṭimah’s Light — Build a Legacy That Lasts Forever

In this sacred month of Jumādā al-Ākhir, we honour the birth of Sayidah Fāṭimah az-Zahrā’, the leader of the women of Paradise, the beloved daughter of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, the noble wife of Sayyidunā ʿAlī, and the radiant mother of Imām al-Ḥasan and Imām al-Ḥusayn.

Her life was one of devotion, knowledge, sacrifice, and spiritual light. She left behind a legacy that continues to guide this Ummah — the People of the House of the Prophet ﷺ, lamps of guidance whose influence shines to this day.

A Gift That Keeps Giving

One of the most powerful forms of charity in Islam is waqf — a continuous endowment that benefits people long after we are gone. Unlike a one-time donation, a waqf creates sadaqah jariyah, an ongoing source of reward for the donor.

Imagine dedicating a project, saying, “This is my waqf,” and knowing that every benefit it provides — every lesson taught, every Qur’an verse recited, every prayer offered — will be a continuous source of reward for you, even after you have passed.

A waqf cannot be sold or inherited; it stands firm, eternally serving the purpose for which it was given. Whether it funds education, supports community programs, or sustains institutions, the rewards flow endlessly — for you and for generations to come.

As a declaration of love Sayidah Fatimah al-Zahra and her blessed father RasulAllah ﷺ, help us establish a waqf that supports their ﷺ mission of empowering women through education and community service.

Dar al-Zahra’s Waqf Project

In honour of Sayidah Fāṭimah, we are raising funds to support Dar al-Zahra, an institution named after her, with the aim of creating a self-sustaining waqf.

Goal: 2,000 supporters donating just £1 in her name

Impact: Every donation contributes to continuous projects benefiting education, women, and the wider community

Legacy: Build a foundation of ongoing reward — sadaqah jariyah — for yourself, your loved ones, and generations to come

With your support, we can grow this waqf, expand our programs, and ensure that the blessings of your contribution continue indefinitely.

We know from hadith that the Prophet ﷺ dedicated time each week to educate women in religious matters. In gratitude, we are coming together to preserve his teachings by empowering women around the world to access sacred knowledge.
