Some people leave footprints on our hearts that never fade. Rahma was one of them.

She had a warmth that made people feel safe and valued. She truly listened, giving you her full attention as if nothing else mattered. She noticed what others needed, even before they found the words to say it. Her kindness reached far beyond those she knew personally.  Rahma cared about people everywhere, and she carried that compassion into everything she did.

Rahma believed in making a difference, even in small ways. She believed in giving without expectation, in showing up for people, and in making sure no one felt unseen. She had a way of reminding us that kindness is never wasted, and that even the smallest act can change someone’s day. 

Giving to charities was important to Rahma. To honour her beautiful spirit, we are working with MATW project to build a water well in her name. This will bring lasting relief to communities in need and serve as a source of comfort and hope for years to come.

In Islam, this is known as Sadaqah Jariyah, a continuous charity whose blessings never end. It is one of the most meaningful ways we can honour someone’s memory, because the benefit continues to grow long after the act is done. This will be part of the good Rahma leaves behind, a reflection of the generosity, empathy, and care that defined her life.

Our hope is that it will stand as a living testament to her love, reaching places her hands could not, and carrying forward the compassion she showed so freely. In this way, her legacy will continue to touch lives, inspire kindness, and remind us all of the power of giving.
