Restoring Life Through Clean Water in Syria

In Syria, every drop of clean water is a blessing. After more than a decade of war, families across the country have faced unimaginable struggles — losing their homes, their loved ones, and even access to life’s most basic necessity: water.

In the city of Homs, one well was once the heartbeat of entire neighborhoods. The Al-Insha’at well served more than 15,000 people, providing them with clean water for drinking, cooking, and washing. But when conflict tore through the city, the well fell silent. For over six long years, families survived in desperation — mothers walking miles to fetch unsafe water, children falling ill from contamination, and entire communities burdened by the daily struggle of thirst.

Alhamdulillah, together we have brought this well back to life.

Today, thanks to your generosity and the mercy of Allah ﷻ, the Al-Insha’at well is flowing once more — purified, strengthened, and restored to serve thousands. With upgraded pumps, a rebuilt underground pumping room, brand-new electrical systems, and chlorine treatment for safety, the well now runs 24 hours a day, delivering clean, safe water to families in Al-Insha’at, Al-Tawzii Al-Ijbari, and parts of Baba Amr.

This is not just water. This is dignity. This is relief. This is hope.

“The best charity is giving water to drink.” — Prophet Muhammad ﷺ

What We Have Achieved Together

Your generosity made possible:
✅ A rebuilt pumping system with brand-new equipment.
✅ Emergency water filling points for tanker trucks, reaching even more families.
✅ Complete replacement of damaged pipelines, valves, and mechanical units.
✅ A full electrical system to keep water flowing day and night.
✅ Chlorine dosing for purification, ensuring every drop is safe.

Alhamdulillah, your generosity has already changed lives.
Families who once lived in fear of dirty, unsafe water now drink with peace of mind. Mothers no longer walk miles carrying heavy buckets — clean water now flows at their doorsteps. Children who once suffered from waterborne illnesses are safe and smiling again.

But the work is not done.
Across Syria, many more families are still waiting. Wells remain broken, water stations remain out of service, and entire communities are left thirsty. Every day without clean water is another day of hardship.

This is our chance to do more.
Together, we can restore more stations, bring back clean water, and give life to entire villages. This is not just relief — it is sadaqah jariyah. Every sip of water, every du‘a made in gratitude, every child protected from illness will continue to bring you reward for as long as these wells flow.

Imagine standing before Allah with generations of good deeds written on your scale, simply because you gave water.

Be the reason another family finds hope.
Be the one who restores life to a community.
Be the one whose charity continues to flow, long after you are gone.

Donate today. Give water. Give life.
