Since April 21 over 350,000 people have been displaced as they were forced to flee the in search of safety from the attacks. Many of these people have nowhere to go; with little protection from anything, and a shortage of the basic necessities of life including food, clean water, and access to medical care.
Since April 28, 24 medical facilities were bombed and put out of service leaving tens of thousands without access to medical care. At least 320 civilians have been killed, including three medical staff, and over 700 were wounded. A large number of the casualties are children and women.
Now, many of these innocent civilians can't even find a shelter or tent so they are staying in open fields, under trees, with no protection. UOSSM continues to provide medical services to the displaced and those affected by the crisis, and has responded by operating 5 more mobile clinics. In the past 3 months, at least 692 civilians were killed and over 1662 were wounded, many of the victims are children. 41 medical facilities have been bombed leaving hundreds of thousands with no access to medical care.

The image below went viral as big sister Reham, buried under the rubble tried to save her baby sister from falling. Unfortunately she died as the building collapsed. The children of Syria have had to endure so much.
