The Athlone community requires a masjid. At the moment Athlone and the nearby area have ~200 families and the existing facility for praying is rented place is a small hall and the community has grown in recent years and still growing up, Alhamdulillah, the community requires a dedicated big place for Prayer, Community Gathering, Women Facility & Children Hifz & Deeniyat.  One Centre of togetherness with integrity in diversity.

Note: Picture does not show the acquired land. The land is not acquired and it is a vision of the planning

Planning

Option1: Buy an Industrial Place Which requires huge one landing money.

or

Option2: Buy a Site with SPP

Phase 1:  Acquiring land. Your donation now will help us to acquire a piece of land with Subject to Planning Permission. Due to current land/property prices around Athlone, the estimated amount will be ~90000 euro.

Phase 2: As per the Planning Permission, build a simple surrounding structure with a bare minimum facility and keep up the next phase of fundraising to finish the building.

Note: All these planning is best known by Allah SWT and we are optimistic about the current plannings and we can only move to Phase-1, once we have enough amount to proceed with it.

Masjid is a place of worship, spontaneous and ceaseless praise, and a place where people gather to remember the Divine. Its significance not only limited to remembrance but in the fact that the remembrance is done in a gathering. It also enables the welfare of the community, gives an opportunity to care for others and to love one another.

Whosever build a Masjid, or helps in doing so earns the Ajir (reward/good deeds) for every person walking in to pray, every person entering the Masjid to make wudu, reading Quran, or any other good deed. It gets even better, unlike other good deeds you earn now; this one doesn’t stop when you die.

The Messenger (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said, “Whoever builds a Masjid for the Sake of Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.”

With the effort of yours, we collected 20% of the goal.  Locals are sharing the campaign, we appreciate that you donate and share to your known ones who want to take part in the cause for their loved ones.

Please share this, it's absolutely free and gets the reward for everyone that donates because of your share.
