My name is Osman Karolia and in this auspicious month of Ramadan, I pledge to run 300km across Sydney to support the weak, hungry and vulnerable with job creation and livelihood projects for widows, scooters for disabled Palestinans, and food aid in countries  ravaged by conflict.

Penny Appeal Australia's philosophy is "small change, big difference". 

To run 300km is difficult, but it is insignificant compared to the difficulty experienced by displaced peoples, orphans, and victims of oncoming conflict.

This challenge is my small bit that I will do to positively impact the lives of those in need - I invite you to join me on my mission to make a big difference.​

Penny Appeal Australia's Global Emergency Fund

Every year, Penny Appeal Australia responds to dozens of new and ongoing disasters, emergencies, and conflicts around the world. The global humanitarian relief organisation provides humanitarian assistance to thousands of people to ensure they receive food, clean water, healthcare and shelter when they need it most.

Through Penny Appeal Australia's Global Emergency Response Fund, YOU can help deliver 1,000 iftar meals to families living in abject poverty due to the challenging situations they face as a result of war that continues to ravage their home countries.

​Deadly escalations across Syria and Yemen continue to worsen forcing thousands of families to flee their homes. Penny Appeal Australia needs our help to provide immediate relief in the form of food packs and hygiene kits that will support a family throughout the month of Ramadan.

Sustainable Livelihood Projects

Along with my push for immediate relief, I'm also pushing livelihood projects to provide youth, women, and families with sustainable incomes, which will improve their lives for the long term.

The long-term welfare of these communities is extremely important to me, and with your support, together; we can carry on making positive changes for communities around the world!

ENCOURAGE a young adult to run their own delivery business in Indonesia and support their family by donating a motorbike.

SUPPORT struggling farmers in Myanmar by providing healthy livestock to sustain their agricultural efforts.

GRANT an injured Palestinian the freedom of movement by donating a mobility scooter.
