What time is my card charged?
Auto-donations will run at 12:00AM UTC (8:00PM EDT) daily. Convert to your local time here.
Can I change my giving preferences?
Yes, you can change your settings at any time! Simply navigate the menu, click 'My Giving', and then click 'Auto-Giving & Challenges' to view and edit your challenge settings.
What if I don’t have a campaign in my Giving List?
If your Giving List is empty, LaunchGood will choose a deserving campaign for you. You will be emailed a receipt with the campaign that your donation supported.
What if I signed up late and have missing leaves?
You can donate manually on the website and it will fill up your missing leaves.
Will I be charged after Dhul Hijjah?
No. You will not be charged after the 10 days of Dhul Hijjah. If you are pre-enrolled for future challenges, we will send a you reminder before your next donation. Manage your settings in your user profile.
