Masjid Al-Islam in Dallas is over 50 years old yet it is still the most underdeveloped Masjid in the DFW area. Masjid Al-Islam is a historical Mosque located in downtown Dallas. Although many multi-million dollar Masajid have been established in the last decade, Masjid al-Islam has been in the same discourse since 1952.

The resources, staffing, and the Masjid itself needs help not just from a fundraiser - but from a joint effort from each and every community here in DFW and throughout Texas. At the last fundraiser, the goal was to raise $250,000, but they were only able to reach $80,000 even with the advertising and presence of Imam Omar Sulaiman and Sheikh Mikaeel Smith. Our goal is to begin somewhere and help the greater Dallas community. 

With programs of feeding the homeless with Project Downtown and building homes for the disenfranchised with Habitat for Humanity, Masjid Al-Islam has an observable impact on the surrounding community, but this is our time to help impact them. Masjid Al - Islam feeds, clothes, and shelters over 26,000 people every year in the worst socio-economic area of Dallas. Your donations are not only going towards expansion but to assist those in need.
