A massive and devastating fire has torn through one of the refugee camps in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh and caused damage to 3,000 shelters and left 15,000 people homeless.

Hundreds of thousands of Rohingya refugees living in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh face many challenges every year due to extreme weather such as monsoon rain and winds causing shelters and community buildings to collapse.

Now, a devastating fire has swept through part of the camp, leaving 15,000 people homeless and destroying community buildings like healthcare centres and schools.
