Together with Singapore Red Cross (SRC), Global Ehsan Relief aims to ease the lives of people who are in need globally. SRC itself has collected over S$6m as of 21 February. Due to the great demand, supplies such as masks and gowns are sold out fast. Also mentioned by the CEO, Mr Williams, donations will go towards buying supplies and engaging with the ones who need it most. 

“...we will support areas such as logistics procurement, coordination, storage and distribution,” he said.

Also stated in the media, the funds will be used to buy and distribute:

1. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

2. Emergency medical equipment

3. Disinfectant items

Other than the items stated above, SRC is also providing non-invasive ventilators, electrocardiogram (ECG) monitors and respiratory humidifiers in a few hospitals. Meanwhile, the public have also been taught on ways to reduce the transmission of virus, through reliable sources on websites and social media.

As the whole world is affected now, It is our duty to prepare for greater demands in the future. With your help, we can ensure that the medical supplies in all the cities would suffice. Let’s reduce the sufferings of others around the world.
