-- Around 70% of Muslim boys have consumed alcohol and around half of Muslim college students engage in premarital sex (Family and Youth Institute) 

Can our young people not only keep our current mosques and institutes running but also represent us in all other segments of society? Our community has to nurture and develop the individuals who will lead us and take us to the next level. 

MAS Can Set Them On the Path to Success

In more than 40 chapters across the country, MAS Youth workers know it is not enough to just fill the mosques with people, but we also need to develop leaders, critical thinkers, social justice activists, academics and scholars. MAS Youth works inside and outside of the mosques to reach Muslim youth and empower them with holistic programming that caters to their needs. A great number of community leaders today are graduates of MAS Youth mentorship and programming. 

Our Programs Make All the Difference

-- Immersive mentorship through weekly programming in study circles and MAS halaqas  

-- Four regional Tarbiya and Ilm camps that offer transformative experiences for college students

-- The national Annual Youth Meeting which provides dynamic training for youth workers and core volunteers 

-- Platforms such as MAS Youth Give and Hearts4Humanity for youth to mobilize, serve, and raise money for causes

-- And a wide range of chapter-based projects that cater to the needs of local youth in their city

For the last 20 years, MAS Youth work has been sustained by volunteers in more than 40 chapters. Despite being a grassroots, volunteer organization, MAS Youth has touched the lives of so many Muslim community leaders and activists. We have teams of MAS Youth workers ready to expand programming in their cities, but need your support in funding the resources and professional staff these volunteer youth workers need to do their job.
