Helping those most affected by Coronavirus with YOUR HELP!

The year 2020 turned out quite differently than any of us expected. The world finds itself battling against the Covid-19 pandemic and in the blink of an eye life has changed for all of us.

Even Ramadan will be nothing like we expected, but our passion to help others prevails over life’s uncertainties.

Our Initiative

We, the Muslim Youth Austria, have committed ourselves to helping the most vulnerable members of our society since our foundation over 24 years ago. In the last 10 years we've established a movement designed specifically for this purpose: Share-Fast-Help. We created a movement for young Austrian Muslims to do good in the holy month of Ramadan - and created a platform for change.

Helping in Times of Corona

• sewing and distributing face masks in nursing homes and homeless shelters
• offer online tutoring sessions for underprivileged children to help them succeed in school and take off pressure from their hard-working parents

Where your funds will go

Every year, we have been fortunate enough to register rising numbers of participants from all over Austria. More and more people want to help, and spend their Ramadan doing good for others.

That’s why we need you to help us realize this project. Your support will help our organizational team cover the costs of managing this project, hiring a part-time project manager, investing in outreach and online tools and provide the necessary equipment to sew and distribute face masks for people that are at high risk of contracting the virus.
