These kids lost their parents at their early age. Then they are shifted to our orphanages, which is situated in very remote area of Bangladesh. We can't provide good diet and water, still they stay here as they don't have place to go.
Safe water is a big challenge:
These orphanages doesn't have basic facility. No electricity, no water, no communication. Clean water is the biggest problem out of those. Currently kids need to climb mountain everyday to reach to water. They need to collect every drop of water used for drinking, cooking for toilet.
Diseases from water:
This is a natural water flow of mountain with lots of germs. So Diarrhea and fever is common there. Sometime they have serious diseases from water. We give photo of one of our kid (everybody has this symptom):
Our muslim orphanages is in Rajbari, another two orphanages are for indigenous kids in Bandarban and Cox'sbazar. Currently 205 kids are living in those orphanages, another 40 kids will be added by end of this month. There is no government or institutional support for these orphanages. Individual donors sponsor the expense of these kids
Volunteer based work :
Local and international volunteers are working for this project. Anybody can join the team with short notice. No benefit is provided to volunteers.
For Financial transparency, we do external audit by one of the most accepted audit firm ACNABIN Bangladesh. Although audit is not obligatory for voluntary organization in Bangladesh, we want to be transparent for donors. You can see that Admin and management cost is close to zero.

Emergency Ambulance Required for Refugee Camp

Salam, Refugees and tribal people on hilly side don't get timely health care as four-wheeler ambulances cannot reach in the absence of proper roads. When they fall ill, they leave it to god as they can't reach the nearest health center. To address this problem, We have created bike version of ambulance. This ambulance service would come handy in addressing the problem as two-wheeler could easily reach the interior areas. These ambulances will benefit pregnant women and ailing and the disabled people living in the inaccessible area. This ambulances will also come to the aid of accident victims. |

They are among about 1,400 Rohingya children who have arrived in Bangladesh near the Myanmar border without their parents, who were either killed or are missing in the wake of a brutal military crackdown in western Rakhine State. Dilara Begum, 11, and Ajija Begum, 9, too, have lost their parents. The elder sister is still in shock and barely speaks. Let’s bring these refugee kids under safe roof. Heavy monsoon rains in Bangladesh have drenched the Cox’s Bazar settlement, home to more than 900,000 Rohingya refugees, destroying some 273 shelters, and injuring 11 people, the UN refugee agency, UNHCR, said on Friday. The huge refugee camp has been hit by three days of non-stop rain, and more heavy downpours are expected throughout next week, with four months of the monsoon season still to go.
