We launched "Tarahamuu تراحموا" campaign on the 1st. day of Ramadan -16th May 2018 to feed the most vulnerable Syrian families living in IDP tent camps near the borders with Turkey. More than 250,000 Syrians living in IDP camps now. They are all suffering from food shortages due to the war in Syria. We have established kitchens to provide food meals but unfortunately, we do not have the financial capacity to reach and feed most of them.
Iftar Meal cost per person:
$1.50 with as little as $15.00 you will feed 2 families of 10 Syrians in IDP camps.
We are a group of Syrian human rights and civil society activists who have gathered and made all necessary efforts to deliver humanitarian aid to Syrian families during the crisis, by the end of 2016 we expanded our activities to the north of Syria via Turkey to ensure delivery of the maximum amount of humanitarian aid and providing social care to a large number of IDPs internally displaced persons who settled in camps near the borders with Turkey.
Civil Care is an Independent NGO providing humanitarian relief assistance and social care programs to the Syrian civil society. We are based in Istanbul and registered in Turkey as “SİVİL HİMAYE DERNEĞİ”
