Create opportunities for some of the poorest children in Bangladesh, give them a place for their dreams to thrive and support the next generation!




  • ​Why Education?   

Education is a fundamental right for every human being and is essential for the exercise of all other human rights. It promoted individual freedom, empowerment and yields important developmental benefits. Yet millions of children and adults remain deprived of educational opportunities, many as a result of poverty. 

EduCare Project aims to provide free education to children in poverty stricken villages who cannot afford to learn. Every human should enjoy access to an education of good quality, without discrimination or exclusion based on money - wouldn't you agree?

  • What is the Olive Tree Academy?
One of our schools which started in 2014 is being run out of an old mosque  in Guainghat, Kaupara. We have managed to provide and continue to provide free education to almost 150 young children - who, without us, would have never even imagined being educated. It is the only school within a 5 mile radius, and if we were not to provide their free schooling, they would remain uneducated and become victims of their environment. However, with the generous donation of our supporters we have created opportunities and provided a place for dreams to thrive and despite the poor conditions of the school, it is one of the best performing schools in the region. 

We now want to create a whole educational institute, from reception right up to college to ensure that we see the young children grow into young adults with our full support behind them. We want to make sure they are given equal opportunities and the chance to keep striving without worrying about things they can't afford and focus on building their future. 


We have approximately 17,000 square feet of land, and we want to build a purpose built institute, with good quality materials that can withstand natural disasters, including ample space for a playground, In Shaa Allah. The new school is within 300 yards of the old mosque it is currently being run out, so not only will it continue to educate the children who already attend - but also educate 100's more within the area!
