HELP US SAVE THE FITRA CENTER!

It is the FIRST Non-Profit Outreach Center of its kind in the Hampton Roads, VA area that is designed by Muslims for Muslims, yet serves all people regardless of age, race, religion or gender.

We are desperately running out of funds to sustain our building and our FREE programs. It's been an extremely rewarding first year but without financial support, we cannot renew our lease this coming October. This will not only affect those who use our services but also the young and old who reap the rewards of dedicating their time to volunteer with us.

• CLOTHING approx. 260 individuals per month from our FREE Community Clothes Closet [from our June 2015 Community Closet Data]

• EDUCATING children in Qur’an, Arabic, Islamic Studies and secular subjects with our FREE Booster Program

• DISTRIBUTING bag lunches during the summer for homeless and less fortunate children in our area

• POSITIVELY IMPACTING our community by demonstrating true Islamic values and concern for our neighbors & the environment

• CREATING & PROVIDING more beneficial programs and services for our community. One such service is a passenger van that we will use to transport Muslims to and from the masjid for daily salah and jummah prayer, in sha Allah!
