What is it? 

Last year, IRUSA organized a 40for40 bike challenge to raise awareness and supportIRUSA's work against hunger in the United States. The 40 miles representing the40 USA Qurbani/Udhiyah donations we would provide to our neighbors in needright here at home. 

Thisyear, we're aiming for something bigger. IRUSA is planning to provide 1,000Qurbani/Udhiyah to needy families around the country. Between August 22 toSeptember 14, riders from across the nation will be completing their own bikechallenges to help us give halal, fresh meat to needy communities this EidAl-Adha. 

Why should you join?

Every Udhiyah/Qurbani donation you maketoward IRUSA’s Qurbani Bike Challenge will provide a family in needin the United States with nutritious halal meat. More than 46 millionpeople across the country live in poverty, and for some, this may be theonly meat they may receive all year long.

How can I get involved? 

You can donate your Qurbani/Udhiyah toIRUSA and be part of our campaign to help our neighbors in need. Or you cancreate your own team and raise money your way. Whether you want to raise $500or $1000, the amount is up to you. To create a team, click here.

How does it work?

Createa team here. Gather your friends and family to sponsor, join, andride with you. From August 22 to September 14, complete a minimum of 40 mileswithin this time period. Have fun and let's work together to help endhunger. 

How much is it? 

Each USA Udhiyah/Qurbani gift is $175.If you provide an entire Qurbani yourself, you fulfill an Eid al-Adha traditionthat commemorates Prophet Ibrahim and Ismail’s devotion to Allah (swt).

You can also give an amount of yourchoosing to help support IRUSA’s goal of 1,000 Qurbani/Udhiyah.
