Give Palestine Association is a non- profit,non-governmental, and independent, charitable institution. It was established in 2003 as Give Gaza and in the West Bank in 2010 as Give Palestine. The two societies merged in 2013 keeping “Give Palestine Association " as their name, to become the only national charitable institution that operates in the rural areas and refugee camps of the Gaza strip, East Jerusalem and its surrounding villages,and in the village of the West Bank . Give Palestine Association aims to help,empower and rehabilitate the poor and needy Palestinian families. The Association adopts two main programs: relief and economic empowerment and cultural (supporting the culture of children) programs. Also, it contributes to home restoration and provides Solar Energy Programs to poor families, and public places in the West Bank villages, and the Gaza Strip. The Association has implemented many projects in the past 15 years, and it continues in exerting all efforts to help in providing a decent life for Palestinian people.
The team of the association decided to launch this campaign due to the very difficult situation in Palestine .
For over a decade, two million Palestinians in Gaza have lived under a brutal and ongoing blockade .
We are well aware of the difficult circumstances and the siege imposed on more than million civilians in Gaza Strip, and the impact of the blockade.
Eid is approaching, and the conditions in the Gaza Strip are extremely bad and many families and children have miserable conditions.
As a large number of families are in need of assistance and food. In addition, many
villages and areas are located far from Charities and associations so they don’t get any kind of assistance or aid.
Our goal is to provide the poorest and needy families with basic needs such as food and other items such as clothes to reach out to those families who do not primarily receive aid.
We decided to launch a campaign in order to provide meat , toys ,gifts and clothes to needy and poor families during Eid AL.Adha .
We hope with your generous support we can achieve our goal for our cause to provide 2000 families with toys, gifts , clothes and meat. Upon receiving your generous donations, our team will work diligently to implement our project.
In'shaa'Allah as soon as we raise our target amount ,we will begin the project and will also be posting pictures of gifts and meat they got along with the family who receives it.
This project is necessary because it will provide needy and orphan families with basic items they need , also we will buy toys , gifts and clothes for children.
Your contribution to Gaza people can help alleviate their suffering and bring them joy and happiness.
