Imagine for just a few moments if you aren't able to get access to a fresh, hot meals for the day, let alone being able to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We can all agree that when you are hungry you have no energy to get anything done within the day.
Now on top of that just picture that you were forced out of your own country, had your family members raped, killed, or losing your closest loved ones all because of your faith. Would you be able to handle that kind of distress in your life?
Alhumdulillah, Save The Refugees has been working closely with the Rohingya for over a year. During this time we were able to distribute over 650,000 meals among the Rohingya Children. We even had arranged Qurbani of Dozens of cows and goats for them. Check out our Facebook page to see our daily distribution of food in the Rohingya camps.
Rohingya kids as young as four-years old have told their horrific stories in about soldiers burning down their homes and villages. UNICEF has warned that the children from the Rohingya Muslim minority are facing the danger of becoming a "lost generation" if we don't do something to help them out ASAP.
How your donation will be spent:
Each lunchbox costs only 0.50 USD. By donating $10 USD you can sponsor 20 kids lunch for one day. Menu of the day: Rice + Meat, Rice + Fish or Noodles + Egg. There is no administrative cost for our food aid. 100% of all funds is spent on groceries, raw materials, labor cost and transportation.
Why food for Rohingya Children?
Rohingya children banned from school by Myanmar's army are struggling to get a formal education in the country they escaped to. Almost 400,000 Rohingya kids moved to Bangladesh in the past year, and many are not in school. Our charity is trying to give them a chance to learn.

Yearly External audit are being conducted by one of Bangladesh's top audit firms ACNABIN Bangladesh. On top of a 3rd party audit, each action of Rohingya camp is verified by the Bangladesh Army.

The main reason that children were leaving their shelters after dark was to go to the latrine and to collect water. The link between water, sanitation, lighting and girl’s fear of sexual assault was very strong.
As Kids slip, trip and stumble through the mud, over uneven paths and trenches towards the lampposts, they get a sense of just how difficult and frightening it is to move around after dark.

Across our five orphanages, we house over 245 children, who have each lost their parents, often at a very young age. The remote locations of the facilities, means that we are unable to provide access to clean water, for cooking, drinking or even bathing. Yet, we have nowhere else to house these children.

Emergency Ambulance for Rohingya Camp

Salam, Refugees and tribal people on hilly side don't get timely health care as four-wheeler ambulances cannot reach in the absence of proper roads. When they fall ill, they leave it to god as they can't reach the nearest health center. To address this problem, We have created bike version of ambulance. This ambulance service would come handy in addressing the problem as two-wheeler could easily reach the interior areas. These ambulances will benefit pregnant women and ailing and the disabled people living in the inaccessible area. This ambulances will also come to the aid of accident victims. |

They are among about 1,400 Rohingya children who have arrived in Bangladesh near the Myanmar border without their parents, who were either killed or are missing in the wake of a brutal military crackdown in western Rakhine State. Dilara Begum, 11, and Ajija Begum, 9, too, have lost their parents. The elder sister is still in shock and barely speaks. Let’s bring these refugee kids under safe roof. Save the Forest for saving Lives
The Rohingya influx has put a critical impact on the forest land as thousands of hectares have been destroyed for making makeshift camps.
Potentially more than 50% (10,000- 25,000 ha) of remaining forest degraded in the area.
Forest degradation due to fuel-wood collection has been an ongoing issue in the area.
We have already started the plantation from June'19. More than 1,600 fruits trees are planted in our orphanage area. Under this program, we are going to improve the standard of living and quality of life of the underprivileged community by empowering them with basic entrepreneurial skills.
First and foremost, this project seeks to improve the ability of an orphanage to care for its children by establishing an additional source of revenue. Next, the trees will bring beauty, shade, and nourishment to the land and to the people near it.

Heavy monsoon rains in Bangladesh have drenched the Cox’s Bazar settlement, home to more than 900,000 Rohingya refugees, destroying some 273 shelters, and injuring 11 people, the UN refugee agency, UNHCR, said on Friday. The huge refugee camp has been hit by three days of non-stop rain, and more heavy downpours are expected throughout next week, with four months of the monsoon season still to go.
