I am not going to quote statistics or make you read about the situation in Afghanistan, but let me say this: only in 2018, more than 49000 thousand people have lost their lives due to the ongoing war. Based on a report 3.1 million children are engaged in heavy labor work and need protection.
I have personally witnessed what is happening to innocent children, how they are misused for terrorism, labor work, and even sexually molested just for being fed.

Qamar is currently supporting 150 orphans on a monthly basis for their shelter and education, and well-being. we have a sponsor for 50 more orphans. In sha Allah, in a very short time, we will be sponsoring 50 more orphans and once the orphanage is ready everyone will move in so they can be safe.
We will be sending construction updates to all our donors. Please keep eye on the update section we will be updating you with a complete construction plan in sha Allah.

Update the Kabul's orphanage building

Big News - we bought the land
together we did something amazing! I can't find words to thank each and every one of you who donated for the orphanage first phrase campaign. alhamdulillah with the money we raised, we were able to buy 12 Biswa land in a strategical location that you can watch the video. Now its time to start working on the building, once again we need to join hands together and provide a better life for orphans in Afghanistan. as we are doing it together, we will be sending you regular construction updates in sha Allah |
Getting land
I had a meeting with voice governor of Laghman and informed him of our work in the province. He was extremely pleased that Qamar has helped people Many through different projects. We have the plan to build an orphanage and school for the orphans in Kabul and expand the project to a different part of the country in order to help as many orphans possible.
He promised us land for the project and the process of documentation will begin in due time inshaAllah. It was successful meeting alhamdulillah.
Right now, we are looking for land in Kabul to build the orphanage and school, if you know any authority who can give us land it would be great or else we are willing to purchase it.
