Post Fundraising Dinner Checklist
-
Double check pledge amounts from dinner and compare them to the online records to ensure that they line up
-
Use the weeks immediately after the dinner to follow up with donors for pledges. This is also a great time to market the campaign to those who were unable to make it in person and suggest that they make a donation or tell others about the effort
- Send an email to all of the registrants and your newsletter lists to inform them of the status of the campaign. Also, let them know how they can continue to support the campaign using the web URL if they could not attend in person.
