We’re looking for an amazing individual with strong project management skills to support the marketing team by helping them stay organized and on task to accomplish objectives. This position is full time, spanning over 12 weeks with a strong opportunity to evolve into a permanent position after the end date.
Timeline
We are passively hiring for this position and this application is a talent pool. This means we hope to begin reviewing applications and hire for this position after Ramadan (May 25th).

Note: Although the below are general expected breakdowns, some categories may increase in ratio of your time based on new company needs/growth.
Project Management (60%)
Objective:
Work between Chris Blauvelt (CEO, acting CMO) and the marketing team to make sure activities are well planned and executed
- Make sure all marketing activities are well planned out and coordinated in order to achieve our marketing objectives
- Make sure all marketing activities are well executed by regular communication with the marketing team members and holding them accountable
- Daily check ins with Chris to provide status updates and brainstorm ideas to improve marketing
Marketing Activities (30%)
Objective:
Fill the gaps within the marketing team to make sure executing fully
- Identify and fill the gaps within the marketing team by doing the work yourself
- Currently: contracting marketing sponsorships on 10 podcasts, daily social
media content
- Potentially: billboard advertising purchases, other ideas that are generated
- Effectively, making sure we’re getting everything needed done
Creative Leadership (10%)
Objective:
Help brainstorm creative ideas to push marketing team, even if they fail
- Ideate new ways to spread the Ramadan Challenge
- Set goals and make sure to track results, report back
- Keep the marketing team exciting and on its toes!
General
- Be an example to the broader LaunchGood team in how to be proactive in your work and embody the LaunchGood brand as a team member and within the work you output.
- You are expected to deliver the work you commit yourself to on time and clearly communicate schedule changes which may impact deliverables.
- Average 40 hours/week for all LaunchGood related efforts.
- Join us for team retreats as need be (ex. Annual retreats, support team retreats)
