Timeline

Expectations and Responsibilities

• Full stack web development with PHP, MySQL, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Work across functions with team members from frontend, backend, design, and product
• Actively participate in product decisions and improve our development workflow
• Code documentation
• Participating in code reviews
• Refactoring legacy code

Competencies

• Strong knowledge and 3-5 years experience in full stack web development using PHP, OOP practices, MySQL, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with codeigniter and expertise in Angular, or at least one other JavaScript framework like React, Node.js etc
• Experience with TDD workflow and unit testing
• Incredible ability to learn new areas of development, especially around payments
• Experience restructuring and scaling a digital platform 100x
• Experience with Jira or similar software management platform
• Great people skills, amazing team player
