With the closures of the Masjid due to COVID-19 situation, our main source of income has been suspended. After spending decades building up the Masjid for the community, providing key spiritual services for the community and guiding our youth we cannot bear to see our Masjid in a dire financial situation.

Now more than ever, we need your blessed sadaqah to financial support the house of Allah in these difficult times. We urgently ask you to come together as a community, like you did before and donate generously to support the Masjid so that we can ensure that we are still standing strong and in a position to continue making a positive impact as we have been doing.

We aiming to raise 12k that will cover us for the coming 3 months. We hope Insha'Allah by that time we are allowed to open our doors again and the Covid-19 situation has been resolved. If not we will continue to raise 4000 pound each month until we allowed to reopen again.

While we may not be able to fill the physical structure called masjid in these days, we can certainly fill another mosque made from the intangible and imperceptible fabric of time. 
The truth is that by its very definition, each time of prayer is literally a masjid – one which waits in anxious anticipation for us to set aside our self-isolation and quarantine-activities and fill it with our “minds and bodies”.
And so, even if the doors of the masjid made from bricks and mortar are closed for some time, the masjid woven from the metaphysical fabric of time unravels its red carpet for us five times a day – Fajr, Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha – each one, a literal masjid; each one, a time for prayer.
