You may recall that you contributed towards our #TheGoodDeedsApp project at some point in the last year.

I am writing to provide a brief update and also ask for further support in regards to a fund raising initiative that Launch Good are running.

Update wise, we are currently in discussions with two app making companies with regards to the getting #TheGoodDeedsApp off the ground. Currently looking at capabilities, resourcing, further costs and so on. We aim to have a Project Plan in place by the new year insha Allah.

Fundraising wise, we are still far short of the amounts needed to get this Project commenced, and as such I am asking if you would help share our Project with your contacts and on social media so that it can get some traction and also help in the fundraising campaign.

We would like to take part in Launch Good’s #GivingTuesday event whereby they will offer prizes to the most collected and highest number of donor campaigns.

All we ask of you, our supporters, is that you share our campaign so that we can reach our target insha Allah. We are not asking you to donate this time round as you have donated to us already.

May Allah (SWT) accept all of our deeds and raise us from the righteous on the day of judgement.

First of all I would like to thank you all profusely from the bottom of my heart for supporting our campaign this Ramadan.

Thanks to your kind donations we achieved 30% of our target Alhamdu Lillah. This was no easy feat given the amount of campaigns that were seeking donations this Ramadan.

Although we haven't reached our full amount we will continue to fundraise through launchgood and offline and insha Allah soon we will be in a position to commission work on the app.

We seek your Duas for success in these blessed days of Shawwal and ask you to to continue sharing our campaign with your contacts, friends and family.
