What is the Quran Hub?

A physical and virtual center that provides every type of Quran learning. From teaching students to read Quran to memorizing all 30 chapters, from training and certifying teachers to providing a physical teaching center, from delivering courses and seminars to building online Quran resources free to the world. AQL is uniquely positioned to launch a new generation of Quran learning.  

Where will the Quran Hub be located?

Our physical center will be located in Euless, Texas, the current home of AQL Studios, and our online center will be at quranhub.org. We will be expanding our current space, offices, equipment, staffing and more to 10x our ability to create and deliver Quran content globally. We will continue to enhance our Quran memorization apps and develop new app resources for all ages and audiences. From our tiny little office in small-town Euless, we already have helped tens of thousands of people across the world through programs such as Quran Revolution, Memorise Mentor, Retain Quran, Quran Adventures, and more. Just imagine what we can do in the future!

Why are we creating this?

We are building the Quran Hub, a first-ever space, to respond to “first-ever” challenges our Ummah is facing. The first-ever generation of Western Muslims where more people do not know how to read. The first-ever changing demographics where converts and non-native Arabic speakers are making up the bulk of Muslims. The first-ever youth of Western countries where young people are leaving Islam in large numbers. The first-ever need for certification, standards, and authentic teaching in Western countries. The first-ever community where teaching with compassion, love, empathy, and kindness is as important as the curriculum itself. The first-ever access to new technologies, applications, AI, machine learning and more, bringing the global community of Muslims into a shared space. 

Our goal is to provide end–to-end Quran learning, from reading to memorization, and everything in between. AQL’s singular objective is to make the Quran accessible to every man, woman, and child across the globe. Through our courses, seminars, videos, and structured online learning, we want anyone, anywhere to be able to read, recite, reflect upon, and retain the Book and Message of Allah. Bringing the latest technology to all of our educational platforms is the cornerstone of preserving Quran learning for generations to come.

Accomplishments / How Your Donations Have Helped Already!

Quran Revolution - Since 2016, more than 10,000 students from around the world have completed the Quran Revolution program, under the direction of Wisam and the AQL teachers. Our groundbreaking curriculum, state-of-the-art, interactive app, and expertise in virtual classrooms, makes Quran Revolution an unparalleled journey in online education. All of our classes and content are produced from the AQL offices in Euless, Texas (www.quranrevolution.com).

Memorise Mentor - In 2019, a cohort of students, from every corner of the globe, became the first group to experience a Quran memorization program focused on both retention and personal development. Our students are changing their lives as they progress through our innovative and extraordinary curriculum. Memorise Mentor gives students a step-by-step, proven methodology for memorization, an exclusive curriculum for personal transformation, premier access to best-in-class mentors and Quran coaches, and a newly released, feature-filled student app (www.aqlu.org/mentor) Our students already have memorized many dozens of Ajaza collectively.

The Retain Project & Memorise Free App - Imam Wisam Sharieff is creating an unprecedented recording of the entire Quran. He is recording each page of the Quran as a stand-alone video lesson for recitation and memorization. More than 25 Ajaza (chapters) have been recorded in the AQL studios. The project is available free to the world at our portal: intro.AQLu.org. A Memorise free app is under development and close to completion. We expect to complete recording of the entire Quran before the end of 2023, with a global launch of the project and the free application.

Recite Quran / Quran.com - Imam Wisam Sharieff has recorded every word in the Quran as an individual audio file. These words were reviewed and authorized by authorities at Al-Azhar University. The compilation of of these recordings can be found at www.recitequran.com or www.quran.com or www.quranwbw.com. AQL’s goal is to utilize Wisam’s recordings by creating its own proprietary Quran application.  

Journey - A cover-to-cover journey through the entire Quran in the month of Ramadan, with Arabic recitation, running translation, and contemporary discussion. (This project was sponsored by Islamic Relief USA.)

Quran Adventures - Imam Wisam recorded and presented an exclusive children’s series on the short Surahs in the Quran.  (This project was sponsored by Islamic Relief USA.)

AQL Courses - AQL holds online weekend seminars throughout the year on topics related to Quran, Salah, Dua, Adhkar, fitness, health, nutrition, and more.
