Maybe your not motivated to exercise at home alone and need a boost from fellow mothers? Perhaps you do want to make that change but arranging childcare during gym sessions is not a flexible option for you and there are simply no nearby gyms with creche facilities. So what do you do?

Ask yourself how often you see an elder aunty, mother or grandmother in the gym or take part in an exercise class? Do they not deserve and need to stay active and preserver their health?

Introducing Moving Mothers...

Moving Mothers is a project dedicated to supporting mothers with young children (newborn babies & toddlers) get back into a fitness routine by facilitating exercise classes where both babies and toddlers are welcome. We accommodate elder women who may also have been inactive for a while with fitness and introduce various routines the help them improve their health and well-being.

We observe and respect religious and cultural needs and making their lives easier by ensuring our classes our run during school hours!

It's the place to motivate yourself to get moving with other mums and naturally you'll find yourself sharing advice on managing your house work, your deen, your kids, home, your health, & yourself.
