Due to COVID-19 restrictions in these areas, we are still unable to ship to Japan and East Malaysia, however for the rest we have shipped all items to you.

For those who did not respond to our surveys and repeated emails to confirm their choice in hijab colors, we have sent you a random color and style of inner underscarf. We hope you don't mind (we can't keep your order waiting any much longer).

This project really tested us on sabr and leaving everything up to Allah, and we are really glad we got through this with your support and patience. Alhamdulillah for another successful product release, and thank YOU for making this possible.

We have finally received the final remaining stock balance from our factory, alhamdullilah! There was a massive delay due to COVID-19 which was unforeseen but we have come to accept all things as part of His Divine Wisdom and Plan. Nonetheless, we are pleased that production has finally come to an end and your Infinity Hijabs are ready to ship!

Unfortunately- as COVID-19 is still ongoing and many countries are still facing high restrictions on overseas shipping, we are not able to ship your products to you as of yet- but please do not worry, we will be shipping it once the restrictions are lifted. InshaAllah it won't be too long. 

If you want to have your Infinity Hijab shipped asap to you (Yes, it is perfect for work from home!), do send us an email at support@takva.co, and we'll see what we can do (usually it may require an additional shipping charge for Express shipping which has less restrictions). As you know, the free shipping option that you are enjoying for your as part of the promotion during the crowdfunding period is great, but it might take a little bit more time. 

One last thing- you may realise that the products are in stock on our website, however do be rest assured that we are prioritizing our first backers and have already reserved the stock for you. Any sales on our website now will be subjected to stock availability and customers will also not have standard shipping available for them due to the COVID restrictions.

Assalamu'alaikum // Dear Beloved Backers,

We hope you're having an amazing last few days of 2019, inshaAllah. Here at TAKVA, we are working hard round the clock to ensure there are no mistakes at the factory that is currently producing your Infinity Hijabs.

As of today, the only remaining production step left is the stitching of the magnets and buttons- the final and most important touch. After which, we will conduct a quality check to ensure that everything is well, prior to shipping.

We sure hope not to disappoint you, and we know that we're very behind schedule. But because we really, really do not wish for any quality breaks in the infinity hijab that you receive, we'll have to postpone the shipping date yet again to January 2020.

We hope that you understand and we look forward to shipping out your orders come January!

Assalamu'alaikum // Dear Supporters for the Infinity Hijab,

We're writing to let you know that as of today,

• ​Fabric production has been completed (after many rounds and rounds of evaluation with our fabric manufacturers)! Alhamdulillah!
• All our accessories production has been completed
• we will begin the major part of the production when we receive the final pre-production sample and if it is without any faults, scheduled to begin by the end of October.

We understand that we are very much behind schedule, and once again, we greatly apologize for this- this project was not without its fair share of challenges to overcome. However we have managed to solve these problems with the Grace of Allah and are very thankful to have even come this far.

Therefore, our scheduled dates of fulfilment will be postponed to tentatively December 2019, once the last production process has been completed.
