The Necessity for A Holistic Retreat Center In Islam

Muslims are suffering from chronic diseases at the same rate as the rest of the world, in spite of claiming to have the cure for all diseases.

Many Muslims DO NOT seek healthcare for their chronic illness due to their mistrust and belief that the cure is only found inside Prophetic traditional healing.  So they go undiagnosed and untreated and they do not apply the complete method for traditional healing, therefore leaving them with a cure.  

Many Muslims believe that their chronic illness is a test and trial from Allah or purification from wrong they’ve done, believing there is no cure for such situation except by Allah’s leave. Again, the problem is neglected and no cure is sought.   

The number one cause for all of these chronic diseases in Muslim countries is OBESITY with the highest rate among women.  “Studies indicate that up to 70 percent of women in the Gulf States are obese. According to The Economist magazine’s world rankings, the countries with the highest obesity rates among women are Muslim countries: 1. Qatar 2. Saudi Arabia 3. Lebanon. 

There are hardly any Holistic Retreat Centers available that are based on Prophetic traditional healing for Muslims to retreat to and seek guidance.
Cancer has claimed the lives of many loved ones after many weeks, months and years of conventional treatment.  Many family members would love to have an alternative for their loved ones when all else fails but unfortunately the Muslim community has not met this challenge.

The Aminah Retreat center will offer many Muslims and all others who are seeking a NATURAL path to healing, an opportunity that Hajjah Aminah and so many other brothers and sisters never had.  A chance to cure their chronic diseases and change their lives forever.

WHERE THE HEALING BEGINS

The Aminah Holistic Retreat Center will be one of the first Healing centers to incorporate both the Prophetic medicine of our beloved Prophet (pbuh) and natural living to eradicate modern chronic diseases.  We've structured this healing to be implemented in a natural organic environment while using all natural resources provided by Allah s.w.t.  The retreat center will offer an alternative Islamic approach for curing chronic illnesses based upon The Quran and the Prophetic teachings of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).   We will offer this service at the Aminah Holistic Retreat Center in the beautiful highlands of West Africa, Guinea.   Guinea is one of the best places to build the Aminah Holistic Retreat Center due to its beautiful waterfalls, natural water sources, pure air, organic food and a relaxing natural environment.  You can NOT cure any disease while taking the CAUSE.  It is imperative for the sick to be removed from the stress that aids in the progression of the disease and retreat to an environment that promotes healing and eradicates the disease.  We need you to join us in offering a center that can provide such claims and aid our brothers and sisters in having a speedy and lasting recovery, physically and spiritually.  Be a part of establishing an Islamic Holistic Retreat Center that can assist many Muslims all over the world to benefit from the following:

The Aminah Holistic Retreat Center:

Is named after my best friend Hajjah Aminah Rodriquez who played a significant role in my spiritual and academic development.  Hajjah Aminah and I were best friends for over 21 years and we both spent a great deal of time studying traditional medicine in Islam. In 2007, the unthinkable happened; my best friend was diagnosed with stage four skin cancer that had metastasized to her lymph nodes.   After receiving two rounds of chemotherapy, Aminah fell extremely weak and ill.   She was informed that there was little to nothing that could be done.  Within weeks of her treatment, she was on her death bed with very little life in her.   I was at her bed side praying and talking with her, hoping I was going to bring her home with me, but by the decree of Allah my best friend, my spiritual companion, was called back that late that night.  For many years I thought to myself why I didn’t offer her an alternative when she asked me.  Well I’ve come to know that it was her time and now is my time to give on behalf of her and to the ummah.  For this reason, I’ve dedicated the Retreat Center as a Sadaqah Jariyah for Hajjah Aminah and to allow the center to be a place to help many brothers and sisters facing the same challenges that she did.

We are aiming at having the retreat center built by the summer of June 2017.  We are currently holding retreats at rented locations but we are eager to have the center built as soon as possible so that we can have all the resources needed to promote healing at the site location.

• The large Mud Hut houses: 6 x 2,000 = 12,000
•  Saunas:  3 x 1,000 = 3,000
• Water pipeline: 5,000
• Grass fed grazing livestock:  5,000
• Permaculture farm:  5,000

We are hoping to increase the amount of hut houses for accommodations during retreats and to have specific huts for housing our sick only, along with increasing the saunas, inshallah

In 2015 Bilqees my baby daughter swallowed a lithium battery that burnt a whole in her esophagus and trachea causing a fistula (opening between the two).  She was disabled for one year unable to speak, due to paralyzed vocal cords, unable to walk, cry, eat or drink.  The doctors said if she didn’t have surgery or return to the U.S. she would die within a few months.  Bilqees was given a gastric feeding tube which we used to give her all natural live foods, herbs, spices, juices,outdoor therapy (oxygen and sun) and exercise for over seven months.  Within seven months Bilqees began to eat and drink by mouth and after ten months she had her gastric tube removed and was speaking and eating some solid foods.  After one year and a half post endoscopy and removal of the lithium battery Bilqeesis 98% recovered and improving daily.  You can read Bilqee’s testimony at our website posted in the description box of our IHOPE video above.
