Alhamdulillah, we finally have all the planning in place and have started building works at The George, an ex-pub which will be converted into a masjid and a community centre.
It has taken many years to reach this point, and now we need to raise £1,000,000 more to complete the project. We are seeking the help of generous supporters from all over the world to help us to build the Masjid.
Please donate whatever you can. Many people here do not have a local praying place; many activities for the local youth, mothers, girls, senior citizens and the wider community are ready to be launched once the centre is up and running.
