REBUILD MUHAMMAD’S (PBUH) INTERFAITH ALLIANCE

We are the Covenants of the Prophet Foundation; in the face of rising attacks against religion, we now seek funding to help create a new alliance of the Peoples of the Book based on the Constitution of Medina and the Covenants of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. The power of the Covenants was proved in 2018 when the Pakistan Supreme Court cited them, and our work, in their decision  to acquit the Christian woman Aasia Bibi on charges of blasphemy. And in 2017, when ISIS burned St. Mary's Cathedral in the Philippines, the Governor of the Autonomous Muslim Region of Mindanao invoked the Covenants to prove that this act was "un-Islamic."

It was the intent of our Prophet to create a federation of the Peoples of the Book, partly for mutual protection against the pagan Quraysh of Mecca. And just as the Quraysh made war on Medina in the days of Muhammad, so Islam, Christianity and Judaism are besieged today by pseudo-Muslim Takfiris like ISIS, by Anti-Semites and White Supremacists, by anti-Christian militants who include among them self-identified Satanists, and by the militant “new atheists” who deny Allah and see all religious believers as mentally ill.

In his Covenants with Christians, Jews, Zoroastrians and others, Muhammad commanded all Muslims until the end of time not to rob or kill or oppress or damage the buildings of those Peoples of the Book who did not actively oppose his ministry, but rather to defend them from their enemies; since 2013 it has been the mission of the Covenants of the Prophet Foundation to re-discover, study, validate, translate and publish these sacred documents, authored by Muhammad, as he tells us, under the direct inspiration of Allah.

Help us organize a day-long planning meeting at our headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana, to let Muslim interfaith activists reach out to Christians and Jews, pledge mutual aid, and imagine what such aid might mean in concrete terms. This meeting could result in a pilot project that might be replicated elsewhere.

We estimate that travel, hotel accommodations and honoraria for the speakers, plus publicity, catering and video production etc. will amount to $28,000. We’ll plan the event for 6 months after that goal is met and immediately begin reaching out to national level Muslim, Christian and Jewish interfaith activists and local religious leaders. The Prophet Muhammad in his Covenants commands every Muslim to defend all peaceful Peoples of the Book until the coming of the Hour, therefore any donations would be zakat eligible.
